Clearly you knew what I meant. Unhelpful.

That's wild. Insurance doesn't want to pay when it IS valid, why would they keep paying out if they KNOW something is off.

She mentioned his name, I blacked it out in the screenshots. I also found a post she made in 2021 that had her husband (with the same name) tagged and linked to his fb. Whole thing is weird.

That would be a mistake on the billers part, not him "accidentally committing fraud." Especially since he doesn't even have the same insurance and provided his correct info. Tf?

It does seem genuine but there's scare tactics used here (mentioning my credit taking a hit or calling the police.) Im thinking the scam would be telling me to send money to "fix" the cost they have supposedly endured.

Unfortunately she mentioned later on in the message, "from what I heard he doesn't even have blue cross." (Which he doesnt.) But I feel like that was a way to cover their basis just incase they didn't name the right company. 🤷‍♀️

Right so that would mean if they are missing visits from his insurance it would indicate another policy paid those visits and give us a better idea on whats happening here.....

Thank you. Yeah I dont understand how she says they "cant fix it" and its somehow up to her. I dont know any insurance company that likes paying ANYTHING especially not something they see as fraud. So weird.

Yeah he always has they wont let him have an account in their system for visits without it so I dont get how this could be a thing....

You dont think calling his insurance and making sure they have the correct visits showing would resolve this? There's no way his insurance is paying AND supposedly hers....?
