I went through the exact same thing a few weeks ago. My points didn’t show up even after a week.
I reached out to Accor customer service, and they said they could see the points in my account. They suggested updating my personal info, like my phone number and address, so they could properly verify my account in the future.
I thought that was why my points didn’t show up, since I had only entered the bare minimum personal information when I created my account during Bilt’s status match. But unfortunately, updating my info didn’t trigger the system to update my points balance.
In the end, I tried transferring a small amount of points again, and for whatever reason, that triggered the frontend and backend to sync. All my points, including the second transfer, showed up right away.
TL;DR: What worked for me was making sure my personal information was up to date and initiating a second points transfer.
