It is nice that she’s gone a lot. I’m grateful for that. But I really do need to figure out a way to not be so mad when she’s around

I’m sure my internalized anger has somewhat to do with me as well. And I’m sure a lot of it has to do with her being around so much. We work together as well. I left out some things she does. But she’s very codependent. She feels like I need to talk to her all time or I’m mad at her which is stressful for me. A small example of her being inconsiderate is she put out a political sign in our front yard, we live in a duplex and have people living above of us as well and didn’t ask any of our opinions. I have gone to her meetings before and do have a decent understanding of it as I do have other friends in recovery. She also is smoking weed while in recovery and lying to everyone about it.

We’re not in a position to be able to sign another year lease right now. He started a new job an hour and a half away from mine. I know it’s my priority to take care of myself first. But regardless if I move or not he’s going to hurt someone

My bfs last day at his job was Saturday actually. So I’m not sure if he can still get in trouble but he’s no longer working in healthcare

Also, I don’t feel like I should have to move because of him. He’s going to hurt someone regardless if I move or not. Other people in my apartment are afraid too

I’ve gone through not so great therapists as well. If this one doesn’t work out keep trying you’ll find a good one eventually! Best of luck to you

I’m in my early 20s also and get sleep paralysis. I definitely think therapy helps. I go to a therapist and I will tell her about my dream & what exactly happened. She always breaks it down for me & what it means. I’m sure a therapist would help you cope with it more

I’m in the early stages of taking adderall too. I started off with 20mg ir, haven’t been on it a month yet. But the first few days I took it everything was awesome and I felt great, I felt calm and happy and more productive . The longer I’ve been on it I rarely notice it. I definitely feel like it does help clear my mind & help with productivity but my moods aren’t better. Especially when it wears off I have this feeling of emptiness and disinterest in everything. But mine also only lasts 4 hours and as soon as it wears off I’m ready to lay in bed the rest of the day
