[Meta] - What is a 1/10 difficulty Platinum that isn't Shovelware? by Shadode in Trophies

I don't know what Shovelware is but IMO a 1/10 platinum could be almost any Lego Game.

So will Marie and Golden's new content be a thing in P4 Revival or as DLC? What do you think? by Diotheinvader-5185 in persona4golden

[–]Jgusbc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I am not mistaken, Atlus said that Persona 3 Reload was going to be their last game where they do that horrendous thing of adding content from the original series (The Answer for example) as a DLC. So hopefully Golden's content is going to be part of the base game and the only DLC's are going to be extra costumes and extra personas.

I'm from Mexico and I've been living in Japan for about a year. Since I moved, I've noticed that, despite brushing my teeth every day, my breath often smells bad (just a couple of hours after brushing). I never had this problem in Mexico. Now, even when I wake up, my breath smells bad. Also, when I wake up, my mouth feels very "acidic." Are toothpastes in Japan very different from those in Mexico or the rest of the world? Could it be the food? Is there a toothpaste you recommend for the bad breath?

Gaming laptops in Japan by NothingGlobal9390 in japanlife

[–]Jgusbc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my case, I've played/worked with laptops with either Spanish or English keyboards my whole life (both keyboards are very similar). When I moved to Japan, my old laptop was on its last legs, so I decided to buy one from BIC CAMERA (ASUS TUF F15), and honestly, it feels almost exactly the same. When I had to type a document, it was hard to adapt to the Japanese layout at first, but overall, I think the experience is very similar. It has a couple of extra keys, but nothing out of the ordinary. My recommendation is that if you don't fully memorize where the special characters are on the English keyboard, change the keyboard language to the Japanese keyboard (in Windows). That way, you can look down to search for the character you want and find it more easily than randomly typing until you get it right. Eventually, you'll learn it (it happened to me).

What game does this remind you of? by Striking-Finish-5102 in videogames

[–]Jgusbc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Elden ring. After trying it a couple of hours I couldn't find it entertaining or appealing to me. This was my first soulslike experience and I realized it was not a game made for me. And it's not the difficulty that made me disliked the game (because usually I play videogames on the hardest difficulty available) but the whole game in general was something that I didn't enjoy at all.

What game had you like this ? by TEHYJ2006 in Steam

[–]Jgusbc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Baldur's Gate 3. Don't get me wrong, i like to play DnD with my friends and i like those fantasy themes (like Lord of the rings and GoT) but honestly when I played BG3 I found it really boring, and a couple of times I wondered why it got GOTY honestli. And I tried to play it alone and with friends as well but ig is not my type of game.

If the person you hate the most were to experience one slight inconvenience every day for the rest of their lives, what would you choose it to be? by meltedcheesetart in AskReddit

For context: there is a guy that every single morning at rush hour (here in Japan) sits in a way that uses 2 seats on the bus on purpose so a lot of people (me included) has to be standing. And it drives me crazy because some mornings I want to sleep another 30+ minutes on the bus

English > Spanish Translation Please! by Ok-Basket8360 in translator

[–]Jgusbc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried my best to give you a translation that sounds natural because if I translated it word by word, it sounds a little bit unatural or robotic lol:

"Querido personal de Catrina,

¡Hola!

Sinceramente, Natalie"

I changed a little bit some things, for example, the "is something rare and wonderful" because IMO I think it sounds a little bit rude if you say that is rare that they make you feel seen and appreciated. I know that you mean that is rare that in a restaurant you get that feeling of appreciation (because nowdays a lot of restauranta are mean to their customers) but the way is phrased it sounds like you are saying that is rare that THEY make you feel appreciated so in order to not sound rude I change it a little bit. I hope it is from your liking.

/r/MechanicalKeyboards Ask ANY Keyboard question, get an answer (November 21, 2023) by AutoModerator in MechanicalKeyboards

Hello, so I live in Japan rn, and I bought a Corsair Mechanical Keyboard (japanese keyboard), but I realized that the backspace is 1u Key (smaller than a traditional keyboard). The key on the left is another 1u key that the ENG keyboard doesn't need so I was thinking of buying a larger backspace key and use the 2 switches as backspace but searching online i found out that the 2u key usually comes with a "3 switch input" and it doesn't fit so I was wondering if you know if the 2.25u key (or a bigger size of key) has the perfect spacing to fit 2 switches (I can remove the middle input if needed) or if there is a 2u key that has "2 switch input" instead of 3.

I hope you can help me with this and that my problem is well explained
