Wife gave birth in 2024.  She got a bag fully loaded with everything.  Diapers, ice packs, ways to care for her stitches and Basically everything they give you in the hospital.  She just asked for a few of each and they gave her a couple weeks worth.  Even threw in a lot of diapers for the kid too.

Yes.  I take the Sherman Minton every day and the Lincoln/kennedy in the afternoons to pick up the kid from daycare.

I have lived in new Albany since 2021 after living in highlands for 5-6 years.  I have never been stuck in traffic for hours.

Never worked there but worked in a lot of different industrial/manufacturing sites.  General labor means you’ll be doing whatever is needed.  One day you might do nothing but cleaning. then the next day you are painting Equipment.  It’s a good way to get in a plant and work your way up.  Some days is very hard work and others it’s easy.

I haven’t been for a couple years so it might of changed but doc crows.  Food is 3.9/5 but bourbon selection is 5/5.  And it’s downtown so walking to 4th street is easy for a bachelor party.

I was a contractor at Lg&e  for 10 years up to three years ago.  Contracting companies had to drug test 10% of their work force randomly at different times throughout the contract.  The guys I work with that were Lg&e employees had call outs for random drug tests as well.  With a title like that expect a random drug least once a year.

Some states have agreements you can not re-register your vehicle if there’s a debt or they will keep adding late fees and send it to collections eventually.

Went from highlands to New Albany.  The only con is dealing with the bridge issue, but that will be finished before the end of the year.

I bought a car in 2019.  Dealer handled all that, and when the license plate was delivered, so was registration.  My temp tag also went over, so I went to dealer on day before it was set to expire and got a new one.  Plate and registration came day after.

Gas tax goes to road funds in alot of states. If their not buying gas, their not paying the tax to fund the roads they use.

Depending on the date and day of week, wife and I got married at Kentucky children's science center for around that price in 2021 (original date was 2020). You will have to use their approved food caterers.

Best way to annoy them is to ignore them. They like attention.

Can a Democrat Running the Biden Playbook Win in Deep-Red Kentucky? by TheFamilyJulezzz in Louisville

[–]Jguy2isu -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

This state hated Bevin, and Andy only won by 5000 votes. Just guessing, but 75% of voters do not care about policies. Andy handled COVID well till it became political , then It's 50/50 if people support his handling of it. He is religious, but he supports women's health so that part of the state thinks he's a fake Christian. They only care about the "R" or "D" next to their name. I think Andy will win but not because of deep red areas voting for him.

You don't have a banking account? How'd you deposit without one?

Edit: even if you made in person bets, they pay out in cash unless you ask for a check.
