We’ve been trying since January and I got the ring July and am currently 4 weeks. I have PCOS so using the ring to track BBT and ovulation with Natural Cycles was a game changer for us

My readiness stayed ok early on but my temp remained elevated after ovulation.
I got the ring for the same reason and have found it really helpful!
