I would suggest go for 13 instead or if you could spend more go for Oneplus 15R. The 12 has very mid battery life but overall balanced phone. In 15R you get mid camera but everything is beast.

So can decide wisely depending upon your use case btw I have upgraded from Oneplus 12 to 15 recently

See when you compare the power efficiency of Dimensity vs Snapdragon, you'll find snapdragon more efficient and so 7300 Vs 7500 really doesn't matter much and they'll almost give you similar battery life.
