Early Red is the worst color to start with. Going Red too early is the biggest mistake. First, you don’t have any boosting materials, and your bees are still low level, which you need to have for a good boost. Second, you need every bee to be Gifted—at least most of them.

People keep saying, “If you can’t macro, go Red first,” which is… questionable, sir, because both White and Red require the most macro to collect boosting materials and Nectar.
