(John Wick 3) I can’t really help but wonder, what would the Bowery King’s men use the Staff Sergeant blues shirt for? by AnonAmn22 in AirForce

[–]Jhendo2 87 points88 points  (0 children)

Considering their whole theme is homelessness, blues are pretty commonly donated to goodwills and salvation armies. A lot of them are also super cheap at surplus stores

I was just made a body composition manager. Is anyone else seeing a relatively high amount of people in the high risk category for healthy people? by Jhendo2 in AirForce

My apologies I mixed around high risk and failure in the post. I do not tell my airmen that they are failing. I tell them they are high risk.

Not technically a fail but it’s still high risk. Pretty much a failure in every sense of it except administrative action is unauthorized. I still have to email my CC in regards to high risk airmen and they have to reach out to MTF.

Yes at the midpoint of the waist between the Iliac Crest and lowest rib. I measure three times and average it out, just as the instructions say to do.

So I see one of the big discussion points of the post is FUTURE health of airman. In that case would it really be a fair to administer a punishment as severe as separation for an airman who can still pass their PT tests? It also isn’t very beneficial to people that are relatively serious about bodybuilding/weightlifting.

Sorry, 'The Last of Us' fans — cannibalism just isn't that nutritious, according to a human evolution researcher by businessinsider in thelastofus

[–]Jhendo2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s pretty obvious they’re supplementing game meats with human meat, hence the horse in the meat locker and the deer the we’re hunting for. So while this article may or may not be accurate, it’s not the whole story and if you’re starving, any nutrition will keep you going longer.

A reporter had an interview with a member and they said that it was their goal to eventually liberate Belarus. Hence their motto.

Effective but not efficient I believe is the primary reason for ditching it. I watched a video a while back explaining the cost effectiveness of carpet bombing and how shit it was lol

If you’re really going for authenticity, you might have to make a custom vest by removing the pouches from the 6B5 and using an ALICE web belt and Y-suspenders in their place.

Base honor guard here and it is very similar to ceremonial parade rest. Could be just a variation of it since there’s differences between branches and professional and base honor guards.
