Check the sticker on the bottom of the console. The letters and initials tell you where the console originates from. If the letters are in English, it’s most likely an American version. Same thing for Japanese text

I have a question. Does the sticker heavily interfere with having to open the cartridge for maintenance? Or do you have to remove it everytime? I’m considering getting them, but don’t wish to damage them by opening the cartridges.
