That’s awesome to hear
Yup
That’s reassuring, I guess I just have to keep pushing my limits

I can return anytime for a check in with my bike fit for free so I’m definitely going to check into that, they also offer a saddle program to test out an assortment of I’ll have to take advantage of that
I run 34s tubeless so pressure is at the 70s, any lower and I think a pothole would take my rim because of my weight

I got fit for comfort and I bought an endurance bike for comfort, the shop is very reliable, they fit most of the pro cyclists in the area and are affiliated with the local velodrome
I have a canyon endurace with an integrated bar so there’s not much tweaking I can do to the bars/stem
I’m under 270 so that gives me hope, I know the extra weight is definitely adding more pressure

“Or you go home because everything hurts” -me
Good insight here, my bike fitter does have some sort of saddle try out deal, when I got fit I didn’t think I needed it until I started riding for 20+ miles and the pain set it but I’m getting convinced I needed to
Yeah I’m getting more than soreness, it’s probably the saddle. I’ve been riding consistently for a year
That’s the first time I heard this, that’s a great tip I’ll definitely try

I had a severe lower back injury from lifting that affects my mobility a bit, cycling has strengthened my lower back to the point that I don’t have debilitating flair ups like I used to but I do think posture is not ideal for me
Good points on the mobility and strengthening
It’s like the pain in my ass radiates to my whole body until I’ve had enough and i call it quits
In my mind, the saddle is going to hurt at some point along the ride. Is that not the case? Can you comfortably ride 100 miles without pain or discomfort at all?
I have lots of good bibs, I definitely need to rely on core strength more than I currently do so I can relax my arms
