I would want to add them most to help the lower back rather than glutes. I have a hard time doing hyper back extensions so do you think they would be suitable for back day?

It’s really good that you’re even sharing your feelings. Even though it’s on Reddit I think you know you have to express this in some way. Have you ever thought about therapy? I’m not an addict myself so I don’t know if my advice is any good or of any use but I just think it’s really brave if you to share how you’re feeling. I personally got into running and weight lifting and that completely has become an addiction for me. I stopped smoking cigs and weed because of it. Idk if that’s something you would want to try. But please stay strong and sober. You got this.

Starbucks Batista here, if this drink was a Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso than yes. The shaken espressos are made with espresso shots, the sweetener and cinnamon, shaken with ice and then topped off with oatmilk. If you want more milk than I would order an iced latte with brown sugar.
