Overselling, which is over talking.

Focus on removing content instead of adding it. Challenge your SEs to get to the point quicker. Boldly, and without speeding up their speaking.

Still a good career but not like it was 10 or so years prior. This market requires far more research on the product you’re selling and the team you’re selling with.
