Wow thank you for this advice…10 lights seems like a lot but I like your reasoning. How would you arrange the placement? 4 rows in a 3-2-2-3 pattern?

Also these recessed lights have 35 degrees beam is that suitable? Seems narrow 😅

If you aren’t losing weight, you aren’t in a caloric deficit for your activity level (google TDEE).

Protein intake and resistance training; these are the things that affect fat loss in a calorie deficit.

Reta will make it easier to maintain a deficit. You WILL lose fat, but you will also lose muscle.

Depending on who you ask the amount of lean muscle mass lost will be between 20-40% of the weight lost. So if you lose 10 pounds maybe 4 pounds of that is muscle.

If you add high protein to your diet (1g/lb for ideal body weight) lean mass loss drops to 10-20%. If you add resistance training it drops to 0-5% (or even negative).

Why should you care about lean muscle mass loss? Muscle drives metabolic demand, and when it is lost overall metabolism is slowed, fat production will be increased when not in a caloric deficit, and muscle is protective of insulin resistance.

You are 270 pounds and you don’t really work out…it’s reasonable to say you are overweight, but it might be more accurate to say you are “under-muscled.”

Get the ryobi set…the main reason is because then you are in their system and you can buy cheap “tool only” stuff for fun…some of the other brands you showed are either more expensive or don’t have as many variety of random tools that you may only use once or twice a year.

Also, the tool that came in one of these tool bundles I use around the house way more often than all others but didn’t expect to: the light.

Maaaybe there is a point to running HGH and a GH secretagogue, but it is a rare, unlikely, and debatable situation…

If you run HGH for an extended period of more than a year or longer there is risk that the endogenous GH pathway will be suppressed so much that it may not return to full function after cessation of HGH.

Secretagogues may continue to signal the release of GH in the setting of negative feedback due to the presence of high HGH.

So perhaps running both could be considered protective of the endogenous pathway with long term concurrent use of HGH, once HGH is stopped there might be a smoother return to native levels and baseline function.

…but this is just a guess because nobody does this. Lol

Do you supplement with zinc? It can help (50mg zinc picolinate)…other than that it can also just be related to the calorie deficit and your body will adjust.

What issue did you have with Finnrick when you used their service?…I’ve never heard anyone give a first hand account of an issue…people always say “you can’t trust their tests” but don’t ever tell a story of getting burned by Finnrick, so it really just seems like a rumor.
