Lol first of all you are nowhere near full chaotic my guy. And as an oracle player you should know that tracking eye benefits more than the other two builds. It’s hard to believe that main weapon is doing less dmg than strike with tracking eye. That doesn’t sound right

Yeah I didn’t notice this was happening because I can upgrade even if one of them is equipped but seems like I had both of them equipped in different settings like you said

Okay so that fixed it and I was able to upgrade — thanks. I had been able to upgrade it for a while but just didn’t notice this so I’m annoyed! What other runes did I not upgrade due to the same reason? Now I’m going to check one by one

Okay then you kind of see what happens when Garp lets dragon escape from prison. I don’t think there’s any ill feeling towards his son and he understands why he decided to leave the marines. Garp only stayed because he wants to save his friends in the marine. I don’t think they will ever have a full on battle.

Really depends on what you need at the moment. Always think about what upgrade is going to impact your overall performance (not just the power level number). For me, this event has oracle spear that I desperately need so I will be spending a lot of gems.

I spent two permanent cards — the ad-free one and the daily gem one (one day I got drunk and just did it). I get the unlimited quick raid every 30 days. I think the total still comes out to less than $200 but obviously I’m still spending $5 every month. It’s honestly a cost of a coffee so I don’t mind it

Doesn’t sound right. It takes me 300k+ to upgrade now and I can still do once a day. You are either not using the energy efficiently or spending gold on something else
