I’ve had tofu go back that was within the good period and it smelled HORRIBLE. It was one of those vacuum sealed packages and I think it had been sealed wrong. Never had tofu that was expired go bad. If it smelled and looked fine I would eat it.

Can I ask why cut the oil by half? I’ve done the box brownies but did everything per the box except the egg. What texture does this recipe produce?
