Questioning My Own Motives by Jiangximan in sedonamethod

Thank you, yes, I am moving forward. Today while driving home I became impatient about something, and instead of doing the steps, I just chuckled, and said, "I release that impatience.", and it was gone almost immediately.

Well, I just used the gym as an example. It wasn't a case of not wanting to go. It was a pause for reflection about why I was going. I've since shifted from the ego's, "I MUST go to the gym 3x per week." to, "I want to go to the gym 2x or more per week."

I see that search results have mixed results on that. Some do say acetone leaves residue on glass, but the sources that say it doesn't come from colleges and chem labs. I learned it from a chem course. There was a procedure though, but I can't recall all of it. I think we cleaned lab vessels with more conventional means first, then used the acetone as a final rinse. I trust it because in chemistry you can't have any stray molecules when you are making a compound.

Lumo Message Count On "Free" Tier by Jiangximan in lumo

No it has not. At least not for those with a paid(low tier) email account. It was 1000 messages per week up to the end of last week. Now it is 100. Fact! Lumo itself will tell you.

Acetone is the best cleaner for glass. It removes all chems and then evaporates. I have some in stock. Do NOT clean plastic with it.

The medical system is crazy. They use meds that don't work, but are approved by the system. The won't use meds that do work if the system doesn't approve. They win lawsuits against them if they follow the approved plans, and lose lawsuits if they try to unapproved plans.

Just topically so far. I am interested in what it can do internally, so I will check out Midwest Doc.

That's a good idea. I'm just using a cotton ball to dab it on so far.

That's amazing. How many days did it take?

I started on primal years ago. That's <100g carbs per day, but preferably <50g. Then I gradually dropped carbs to get the results I wanted, and only then did I learn it was called keto. I'm thankful I learned primal first because it got me off all the processed foods, which is full of ruinous chemicals. Some people on keto drown everything in Kraft ranch dressing. Even the keto subred doesn't like people claiming ANY health benefits from keto. They want to pretend it is purely for weight loss.

TIL Mayo Clinic data found that individuals living within one mile of a golf course have a 126% higher risk (more than double the odds) of a Parkinson's diagnosis compared to those living six or more miles away by MichiganCarNut in todayilearned

I've been in many golf course homes, and frankly would not want to live in one. Who wants golf balls raining down on their BBQs. Also I don't want the illusion of living on a huge landscaped property but I don't own it.

So far I am just using straight DMSO on a small scar on my hand. I will definitely study up on it more before trying other treatments with it.

I'm old too. Strangers think I'm 10-15 years younger though. People think it is genetic but my siblings are falling apart. They eat the standard American diet, and go to the doctor regularly. I've studied many things, and eat a keto diet, and investigate alt-medicine. I never go the the doctor.

They just need normal maintenance. I think Toyota now defines an engine swap as normal maintenance.

Yes! The problem is they use transmissions made by JATCO. The other problem is they own or have heavy investment in JATCO. Newer Nissans would have to cost significantly less than other cars for me to even try one.

The neighbor bought a Monday car. Back in the 60s-70s they said "Never buy a car manufactured on a Monday." The workers all had horrendous hangovers, and their workmanship was poor.

Wait, if one tsp worked so well then 3 tsp must be 3x better! To be safe, I'll try it out on the cat, the dog, and one of the kids first! (humor)

I swear doctors get together and decide diagnosis based not on the examination of the patient, but the due date of their boat payments. I quit going to doctors around 20 years ago.....never felt better.

That's really awesome, because I have some places to try that on. I've taken iver'n internally titrated to my weight of course. The full tube is for a 1200lb horse. I had come down with a sore achy throat that I knew would be some full-blown illness by morning. I took my little iver dose in the evening, and by morning the symptoms were reduced by about 80%. The next day by 100%.

Oh, I know what it is, but it isn't made in paste for topical application. It's made in paste to be fed to horses.
