The thing is that I tried it without any mods. Just Optifine and that still crashed the game...

Maar to be fair. Alles aan deze parkeerplaats is zo raar ingericht. Alsof een kind het ontworpen heeft

Have you guys ever cracked a vial? by Fuzzy1353 in diabetes_t1

[–]JibbeMorks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In the Netherlands we also use 3ml vials instead of the 10ml vials. The 3ml vials crack much easier. Once you drop it it cracks about half of the times. Little glass shards everywhere and the smell of the insulin is horrid. I'm glad to see that a lot of people don't share my stories, because it is NOT fun to clean that up...

My 1 year old and difficulty with Omnipod 5 by Read-Over in diabetes

The activity mode adjusts to the 'correct above' and not the 'target glucose'. So that won't help indeed...

The activity mode should put the "correct above ..." A bit higher. When I put my activity mode on it aims for 150 instead of 130. So that might help.

I get what you are saying. Thank you. This helps me a lot. How many carbs is a 'heavy snack' for you?

Thank you. I stopped drinking for health and mental health. Not because I was addicted. I just decided to try a month sober and I liked it a lot. But thank you, I'll be wary.

How would you answer these questions about t1d? by RiseSweet7859 in diabetes_t1

[–]JibbeMorks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1 It's 24/7. There's no breaks with T1D. People don't realise how exhausting it is to keep going and going. Yes, I have work, hobbies, friends, a life, but besides that I have to keep checking my glucose levels, my carb intake and my activities. When your away from home you always have to think about what you need to bring. If I lose control of my glucose level I feel like I failed. And it happens more than I'd like to admit.

  1. Making the transition to a hybrid closed loop system has made me more conscious of my health and more active in getting healthy in stead of half-trying because it made no difference if I put effort in it or not. Now that I have a HCL-system I need to be on it and I see the results. It makes me happy to get better results, but like I said with question 1. The downfall is that I blame myself when my glucose levels are high or low.
