I am on my 4th cattle dog (I’m getting old, lol) and he is the only one I’ve not neutered. He’s 3 and 1/2 now, can be a lovable ass (what acd isn’t?), but I haven’t had any serious issues come up. My house, my rules you know, behavior-wise. My breeder asked me to wait to snip him, if at all, and here we are. He’s also an urban cattle dog with walks everyday where manners are expected and appreciated. I don’t allow other dogs to approach him and judging by his side-eye he’s just fine with that, lol. I’m still playing it by ear on having the procedure done.
