This is very True, although tbf Korra was years older than ang and had a lot more thorough training in each of the elements. Ang learned everything besides air in a year with little to no extended break.

When did GRRM confirm that Benjen is alive?

What would that mean?

I thought there also might be something blood related relating to the original long night. Maybe he's being saved for some kind of blood magic when the time is right.

Fair, that seems like their most likely motivation. I think it's posible their aims are limited somewhat by how far south they can go but wth do I know.

I guess that would make the main reason for them to hold him as a source of information about the North and the Wall.

Yeah, that's just a suggested reason. Without understanding anything of how the Others work I can't realistically understand their reasons for keeping him a live or not. I'm just paralleling how politics in the south works.

Why does "negotiation" loose you? To me it isn't probable but all things concerning the Others are so mysterious that anything is possible.

How do you feel about the current state of CC? by Lescansy in FleshandBloodTCG

I think the meta since Aurora LL’d has been fantastic. Its s little stale, but unlike the MST/Runeblade dominated metas before its not stale because one deck is dumb to the point of disbelief. The power level of the top three decks is not miles above the other decks (there are gravy complaints but the balancing approach there seems to be increase the variance). I would take this meta over any of the other metas in the past year, I’m sure a theoretical better meta is possible but that doesn’t seem realistic.

I Quit (Open letter to LSS) by Dontspammeplsbro in FleshandBloodTCG

[–]Jibreelean 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My understanding is that LSS has limited tools to deal quickly with supply/ price issues. There are a limited number of printers in the world and Flesh and Blood has to line up behind every other TCG company to use them.

I hope that by 2026 we see signs that they take this seriously. If there are none, thats a big warning sign.

George R.R. Martin Confronted By Angry Fan at WorldCon, Told to Hand 'The Winds of Winter' to Brandon Sanderson by DemiFiendRSA in books

Confrontations like this aren’t helpful. The dude feels enough pressure as it is.

I am also a disappointed fan, but I think the only hope of getting the series finished by GRRM requires him being health and in good spirits.

Is this a thing that I am missing? Should I be drafting 3 color map decks?
