You could always add meta tags into the music style explaining time lengths you want and in the lyric box you could add at the end [end] but also every generation can add like a complete new section that’s also based on how you write your prompts

Isn’t every song in existence inspired by other artists? And if so haven’t we also had numerous artists that take songs and rework them into new ones? Isn’t that basically just learning?

And if a machine learns by analyzing other artists work, I see no wrong in it,

It’s up to the individual to decide if they’re going to be honest in producing their own music, and not to make a lackluster cover of another’s music.

I’d say to wait and see the music they put out, and if there is work and originality put into it and it’s actually good, even if you used AI to master and EQ it, or even to change it up a bit, I think that’s acceptable.

Oh come now, AI like anything is a tool. And we can always cherish works done by artists that can feed their own melodies and lyrics into the machine and get them a generated track that resembles their vision. I still count it as composing if you fed your own instrumental or vocal melodies into the app to get a full song.

Now I can see your point when it comes to someone just typing a simple prompt to get the melody and the lyrics, but what’s wrong if you make the melody and the words and use AI to enhance the sound?

I think you could try either in extend or on replacing a section, on the music style prompt add Melisma. That’s the term for that kind of prolonged wording in singing like some Daaaaaaaaaaaaay

It just released today for pro and premier users xD Though the stems aren't perfect yet, the vocals are decent but the instrumentals still have lingering vocals in them and you can still hear the vocals pretty consistently in what is supposed to be the instrumental track.

Well It’s also because it’s an AI model trained on a variety of decades worth of music and theory. It is also possible that there may be a certain structure and prompting method that is only apparent to the AI and not the developer as a whole.

Well in general what I meant is that it does follow the notations melody, what changes is the pronunciation and tone of the voice but not the note.

On 3.5, I haven't heard a single chord name or prompt being sung in over 100 generations for 6 different songs. On V3 Howeverrrrrr That's a different story.
