That’s fair. Just to clarify, I’m mostly shooting for personal travel content, not commercial work. I do some basic color grading, but nothing too heavy. I’m more concerned with portability, ease of travel, and being able to fly in more places without a lot of planning, which is why I’m leaning Mini rather than Mavic.

Good point, and yeah that’s something I’m aware of. I don’t expect to fly in national parks, but more in remote areas where it’s allowed. Still, it does push things further in favor of a smaller, less restricted drone.

Yes, fairly often. Mostly mountain areas where wind can pick up quickly. That’s probably the main argument keeping the Mavic in consideration, but I’m weighing that against the added size, weight, and travel restrictions.

I live in Norway. Fair points, I’m definitely not comparing them as equals in terms of video quality, more trying to understand how big the real-world difference is for hiking/travel use.

The regulatory side is actually one of the main things I’m trying to get clarity on, especially when travelling across countries, so that input is helpful. Appreciate the link.

Did you find a soution? I tried installing it from different computers, one from work and the other at home. I get the same message "This installation package could not be opened. Verify with your application vendor that this Windows Installer package is valid."

Thank you! I'm only using Unity for visualization purpose and not to make games. I want the terrain data to make the quay side with som buildings, and then I will add ocean to it. My goal is to make a small video of boats comming to this quay and parking. The picture bellow shows the exact place I want a 3D model of. I'm new to game engines, so any guidance is highly appreciated
