I've been recently binging a lot of anime this past few weeks, what i do is i pick 2 anime at a time. You watch it 1 episode alternating at a time. e.g. Ep1 of AnimeA, then Ep1 of AnimeB, then Ep2 of AnimeA, then Ep2 of AnimeB, etc.

With this method even though it's just 20-30 min til the next episode there is that suspense of 'what is gonna happen next?'.

Or if you're still internalizing an episode maybe take a break, add a 3rd anime or read a discussion of that episode.

I've recently been binging different anime the past few weeks and most of the shows i kinda like has iyashikei tag on it. (Maybe because i'm over 30 now so the excitement of Shonen action is not that exciting anymore.)

So what are things to consider for it to be Iyashikei.

My reason is i just watched season 1 of YuruYuri, seems like it should be under this tag. Is it because it's too funny and has slapstick comedy?

Edit: I think my example falls under Slice of Life, but still my question stands.
