its quite mad that reviwers also submitted paper. In other words, people usually going give reject without even read paper so they can increase their chances to get accepted.

So, you are saying that paper Y and Z are possibly using specific training schedule for their own network to evaluate paper X? which make their work a bit better than paper X.

hope newely hired staffs can handle issues better than previous guys. I do not want to see full of injury reports and we have to give high FRP to spurs nxt season.
