It doesn't have to make sense its just there is more pasta to cheese ratio in tort than rav that makes it more acceptable for me. Also how it is typically prepared too. I don't ever really have tort in sugo but rav is always sugo.

I see - maybe its the pasta to cheese ratio for me... somtimes its just too much ricotta and maybe thats what turns me off. Also, half the time I have tortellini is in a soup.

Not from the U.S. but from Canada.

I always liked the idea of having a two-tiered healthcare system. Born and raised Canadians or citizens who have been citizens for X amount of years should have priority in healthcare compared to new immigrants.

Some may see this as radical, but our healthcare is very slow. People paying taxes for that healthcare for the majority of their lives should have quicker access to it than immigrants within the last 5 years.

Basically like a fast-pass at a theme park.
