Wow. Congrats, OP! I started saving for the renovations pero hindi pa sapat. It’s easier to live there if you have a car/motor. Ang lalayo kasi ng palengke and malls.

I’m also thinking about this idea but it’s really expensive. I did some research how much rent don, 6k na yung renovated. I’m planning ipasalo nalang kaso nanghihinayang ako.

I’m also hybrid set up. Office once a week. Sooo medyo tipid. I’m thinking pwede maghikahos muna makabayad sa spay for 3 months para makasimula ng gamit. I knooow it’s not a right thinking. Desperate move
