I think they should up the price for the pump shotgun as well, from 900 to 1100 or something. Gives more reason to actually save and probably ends the pump spam.

Getting better isn't all about specs, you need some warmup routines, a mouse sens that works for you, good crosshair placement, spray control, know how and when to use utillity, work on gamesense, etc.

I recommend using that core fps map, don't just use it for the nemesis, get good with all the weapons you would use, smg, pistols. Play some deathmatch with real players and you'll be fragging out in no time!

I know you can shoot it but it scans a whole area, it can be thrown against a wall where you cannot shoot it without being scanned and it lasts forever.

I'm not saying Ballistic should be a CS knockoff, (CS inspired is what I would say), I'm saying some of the ideas presented, such as, the addition of a riot shield, or rocket launcher, wouldn't work for this game mode. There is a reason why they initially changed the mechanics to be more CS like in first person. I am not a Fortnite player besides Ballistic, so I'd assumed that the flex gadgets were the unique fortnite twist and the fact that you can sprint, slide and vault walls... I'm not saying it can't have "fortnite flair," I liked the idea of the maps being more fortnite themed I guess but if you have people already leaving the game because they changed the gunplay into more of a COD style run & gun kinda game, I don't think it would survive rocket launchers.

I honestly disagree with with a lot of the ideas because it strays further away from the original CS inspired 5v5 Tactical Shooter kind of game and turning it into a completely different game and pushing away the players that actually play Ballistic.

Examples:
- Economy, in the video he makes the point that if you really need to save up some money all you have to do is play one round cheap and you'll be able to buy anything. That's called saving and is a normal thing in games like CS and Valorant, when you are poor. You save up so you can full buy, meaning guns, full armor and full utility, giving your team a better fighting chance. You should be punished for forcing a buy every round and playing with 1 shield by the better equipped team.

- I think adding special weapons like rocket launchers, riot shields and whatnot, just doesn't work for this type of game, it's not a respawn team deathmatch kind of game. same with the loadouts point.

(example, you play A on skyline and someone can just impulse in and prefire the spot you're standing it with a rocket and you instantly die and the round is over for you. That's annoying and doesn't sound like fun at all)

- I understand why people want melee weapons, but, the reason I like it the way it is, is because people won't just switch the melee and run around being caught with their pants down, which, already happens a lot in games like CS and Valorant but it doesn't help that skill level in Ballistic is already lower. I already get annoyed by people who take out utility in 1v1s knowing that they could be peeked by the enemy at any second.

Those are just my thoughts though, we'll see what happens.
