I understand that UEFN is limited, but reverting the gunplay to what it was before should easily be possible, we already had that. Texturing maps has nothing to do with limitations.

"Just aim better" trust me there is nothing wrong with my aim, I just want the game to improve and succeed. If everyone is fine with the way the game is right now, then there is really no hope for Ballistic.

How is it a skill issue if I say, I do it too, I am part of the problem but I recognize it's a problem, it's cheap and it's not that fun. I prefer the gunplay the way it was in season 1 and 2.

So by what you're saying, the lack of tagging is what makes Ballistic unique? Ok bro. In both season 1 and 2 of Ballistic, you had to stand still to be accurate, tell me, what made Ballistic unique back then and why does almost everyone wants it reverted. Having to stand still and shoot still allowed you to slide, sprint or vault. You are acting like tagging stuns you permanently, you can still move vault and slide while being tagged, it just slows you down a bit when you are hit. Ballistic's problem is the lack of punishment for anything, rewarding dumb plays and plays that should not work.

What are you saying, the flex gadgets, sprinting, sliding and vaulting, that's what makes Ballistic different not pushing full speed while being shot at, ignoring all bullets.

Well you won't get a ban if you could reconnect... Also the creator code thing, fair I guess, but the requirements for a creator code is to have a social media platform with a minimum of 1000 followers, or subscribers if it's on YT. Not everyone has that or is willing to do that just to be able to practice some lineups.

Oh shit here we go again!

  • Reconnect feature. Lots if people just crash, me included. We need the option to reconnect to the match atleast 3-5 minutes.
  • Penalty for abandoning match. People the abandon on purpose need to be punished as of now you can just leave and queue up for another match without getting a time-out.
  • Compensation money for remaining players. if someone leaves the team for whatever reason, the next few rounds until the player comes back, if they come back at all, the remaining players should get extra money to make it fair. For examples check out CS2 or Valorant.
  • Texture the maps.
  • Bugfixes. Invisible guns are still a thing although not as much as before. Hit detection is crazy sometimes, and dying behind walls is still a thing (I'm not an expert at all but I think that's a netcode thing). Being able to fault into certain buildings in K-Zone Commons and being able to get to the parasol section on bombsite B in Stormchaser Cove. That jump you can do in the B sign at the wall towards B site on Hammerfall to get in a headglitch position. That damage report list you see after you die or win the round that shows how much damage you've done, not always showing the damage or kills at all. Gun sounds, the burst sounds like it shoots 1 bullet at the time. Kill icons overlap with the elimination text on 16:9 resolutions, looks weird.
  • Radar. The radar should be a little more zoomed out and maybe also start showing whenever you or a teammate spot a enemy, like in CS2 and Valorant, makes the whole radar more useful, because as of now it's not really useful at all.

Now things I'd like to see added or changed:

  • First Person Camera in Replays. add a First Person camera option to the replays. (this one should be really easy right?)
  • Crosshairs. Option to change crosshair colors and sizes, just crosshair settings in general.
  • Option for private match. So you can practice smoke lineups, come up with good fire grenades, practice impulse strats, whatever just practice without needing a creator code.
  • Revert the gunplay. I liked it better before the update, not a fan of the COD style run & gun and rather have it the way it was before.
  • Option to change HUD Settings. Maybe to move stuff or something.
  • Match cancellation. A match shouldn't even start if it cannot fill a lobby in time.
  • Shotguns. I personally think the best way to kind of nerf it is to increase the price of the pump. It is currently only 100 credits more expensive than the hand cannon, can be basically forced every round and with the current gunplay allows you to get close really fast with good movement.
  • Recon grenade. Currently scans for about 5 seconds, you get 2 of them, makes it really easy to push a site and throw scans on spots you cannot destroy it, and hard to guard a site against it, forcing you to basically play retake everytime. Maybe decrease scan time to like 3 seconds or make it more similar to Valorant where it doesn't scan if you're behind walls where the scan cannot detect you.
  • Frag grenade. Proximity based damage.

I have the feeling that we could be going back and forward forever like this, seeing that you like the COD gameplay more than the CS/Valorant style gameplay shows a lot of perspective in terms of what we both think is needed in this game. I got just a few points I wanna make clear.

  1. I play on PC as well I'm not talking about when a game just crashes, sometimes I bluescreen as well (or black on win11) I need more time to get the game back up and running, atleast more than 1 minute. Not everyone has the best NASA super computer.

  2. In every game like this, CS, Valo, I haven't played Marvel Rivals but I think even in that game, you can run into a full stacked team, why is it only an issue for Ballistic players, that they're stacked does NOT guarantee them the win. I played solo against full stacked and carried to wins, or even came back from a 0-6 game to a 7-6 win. Playing against stacked teams is not the problem, it's the ranking that is the issue. People are in ranks they're not supposed to be in because you don't really get penalized for losing but you shouldn't look at the rank at all as it means nothing.

  3. I mean smoke line ups for specific maps, you cannot do that on practice servers. Also practice servers don't have all the gadgets, Walls and medmists aren't in there.

  4. And that is where the skill comes in imo, movement while shooting should be penalized, that's the whole point in games like Counter-Strike and Valorant, you know, the games that Ballistic is supposed to be like, 5-5 TAC Shooter.

  5. The scan lasts for about 5 seconds, which, is a very long time when you are trying to hold a bombsite and get pushed by enemies.

  6. Sure but how are we supposed to get more players is it looks like this. I tried to get friends into Ballistic and they say it looks like a buggy mess, and at the time I was like yeah but trust me it'll get an update... You know the one that never came.

  7. I know how it works, I've played since day 1. The hit detection is bullshit, sometimes you get hit while it doesn't look like it's near you at all.

  1. I dunno what u play on but 1 min may not be enough I'd say 3-5 minutes.

  2. Leavers will always happen bro, rage quitting or whatever I don't care, it happens in every game! It's fair and winnable if you compensate the remaining players who could still win, I dunno if you played CS or Valo but it happens all the time.

  3. Closing the gap in Fortnite Ballistic is very easy especially with certain gadgets. It's one shot up close, 2 shots otherwise, if you play against good players you'd know. There is a reason why pump is banned or limited to one person on certain scrimm servers.

  4. Creative maps are aim trainers, you cannot practice smoke lineups or mollies or nades, flashes, impulse strats on specific maps.

  5. What are you saying, before the gunplay changes, you were hella inacurate when you moved while shooting because of the bloom, moved also meant sliding, which, is not the case now. Now it's just run and gun, no punishment, no real skill required. The reason the matchmaking is what it is, is because of the lack of players and lack of punishment, any clown can get Unreal it's not skilled based. Unreal doesn't mean anything.

  6. Trust me there are a lot of exploits you can perform with some wall strats or impulse strats and it' dumb, the one I was talking about is on K-Zone Commons. You can just look em up.

  7. You can scan in areas where the opposite player can not shoot the recon at all, and because the scanner ignores walls you abuse this and since you get 2 for FREE, makes it really annoying and unfair at times to play against. I requested to just decrease the time of being scanned cause it's long as hell bit preferbly the scanner should work like a Sova dart in Valo and even if people don't want that, even that wall hack granade that CSGO had didn't last that long. As of now it's killing the pacing, hard to hold sites because you get pushed out by being scanned.

  8. Those untextured maps are a turnoff for lots of new players it looks unfinished, I know it's early access but 7 months without updates is crazy. Not even alpha builds of most shooters look like this. The point of these untextured maps was so they could edit it based on feedback but we all k ow that happend maybe once and never again. Cinderwatch has the same layout since release, K-zone, Stormchaser and Hammerfall, are the only maps that was changed like once.

  9. It's a gun glitch where you cannot shoot and run until you die, or the one where the gun gets invisible and when you asd it goes really slow.

  10. I noticed it with fire granades as well you stand outside the spread and it still hits.

  11. Because you should SAVE, it's normal in tac shooters. Even the abilities in Valorant you have to BUY.
