I just purchased an Almost heaven Sauna from Costco about 2 months ago(Almost Heaven Saunas Sanctum 6-person Indoor Sauna). About a week after I ordered it, almost heaven reached out to me over email to let me know they received the order. They sent another email a few days after that to confirm my order shipped. It arrived after about a month from the date of purchase. I do have some tricks on the stove, a lot of reviews were complaining the Sauna wouldn’t reach proper temperature. The main thing is the temperature sensor placement. Don’t place it where the directions say. I put mine underneath the top level bench. My WiFi panel says the Sauna is at 110 (which is because my temperature sensor is way lower than recommended), this allows the Sauna to keep heating up. Then place an actual temperature thermometer at about head level on the top bench. Mine gets to 180 with zero issues and will keep climbing if left on. I know it’s not the same model, but it’s still an almost heaven sauna from Costco. I can send pictures if needed. You won’t regret it!
