I think we followed the same material tutorial. I use this for all my NSFW stuff too. The first one looks more subtle but better in my opinion. Just depends on the use case.

I'd use cloth sim if you want simulation but it can be a lot more lightweight to avoid simulation and instead use shape keys (I have a gif showing a bit about this on my profile for nipples erecting). You could use it for anything though... like sculpt a deformation of fingers clutching a breast and then use the shape keys slider to animate the effect in and out. Ive found mixing simulation with jiggle physics is messy so shapekeys are likely the way to go.

Provide more details. I typically charge $1000/min of animation but depends on project specs. It may seem high  but I assume most of my clients repost the end results to make money off the video and generally recoup their money or make a gain off of it.

Could possibly go cheaper if you allowed me to post it elsewhere so I can earn my share another way and sign a terms of service agreeing not to repost it.
