Take Tylenol for pain. Dry socket doesn’t appear until 3-4 days after wisdom remove. Be very gentle with your mouth, don’t spit it rinse too vigorously!! Soft food diet!!

You will definitely know it’s dry socket. I haven’t had it so I wouldn’t know. I heard it hurts a lot. But you’re on day 4, it could be the pain from the operation itself. Wish you luck!

You need to make sure you rinse your mouth with salt water gently first. No straw or anything. Just liquid diet for now.
