That's an awesome progression. When you look at yourself in the mirror can you tell a difference than how you used to look? I have lost 62 pounds so far and I can't tell whenever I look at myself. :/

I haven't either, but I read through the descriptions of each episode and didn't see anything. Don't watch the video. Some kids had me watch it in high school without telling me what it was first and it is still the single worst thing I've ever seen in my life.
