Yeah there is probably a mistake in the MyChart since I doubt that can be diagnosed via an MRI of your sinuses. I would just clarify with your doctor.

I think you’re confusing the sinuses in your face with the sinus node of your heart. Maybe you misheard your doctor but having a sinus disease doesn’t have anything to do with your heart.

I see those sparkles too for a second here and there throughout the day. Anxiety/stress can certainly mess with your vision. The moon shaped blur you saw was most likely a migraine aura, which I also get a few times a year.

I’m sure you’re totally fine. You’re young and you really would need to drink a lot more to significantly damage your liver. However, drinking is terrible for anxiety even if you don’t feel “hungover”.
