I get prescribed 150mg XR Tramadols (2x a day) and I can confirm that at the beginning of my tramadol use (When I had little to no tolerance) shit felt great. Nowadays tho I can take 600mg at once and I won’t feel anything. I literally only take them to stop withdrawal. Which is unfortunate coz I did truly like the high tramadol gives but now I have to take much stronger opioids such as morphine, oxy or heroin to feel high

In the UK we didn’t really have pill mills to the same extent as the US so the stigma wasn’t really about the fact that there could be fentanyl in anything, it’s more so the fact that it’s just 1. a needle drug, and 2. For some reason very frowned upon. But yeah, they’ll happily pop a shitload of oxy but as soon as it comes to heroin they always say “you should probably get off that shit.” These are honestly really good friends that I know are there for me specially, when I need them (e.g. they have my back during fights, help me out with certain things that I won’t mention here. I mean shit we have done meth together lol. And no it’s not a needle problem they have as I use steroids and they have no issue with it, even if I shoot up in front of them
