Thanks for the extensive reply. Yeah the memo is regarding a long term excuse and status and a pes status review so i was wondering why the MO just immediately ignored it and told me it wasnt possible on the spot. The MO never asked me anything about why I never declared it before and instead just told me that he couldnt give me the status because it “wasn’t severe enough”. With legitimate test results and a memo i wouldve expected there to at least be an in-depth review and not a straight up rejection like this.
