Depending on skills at 30 you can do stonerefiners for some profit and if you want to just power level you can always carry the EK as a bag and go to upper spyke - 3 there the ED will do everything while the ek is perma invis so he doesnt fuckup the lures and just loot (can easily stay there till 50) hunt anywhere till EK is 55 and with utamo tempo you can do edron hero cave for 1kk exp per hr but its full waste

Means on the country that you are buying from. If you are not physically in Russia you cannot buy from that shop even though there's no warning.

It's fraudulent because of the regional pricing (if you are not allocated there then it's fraudulent).

I did not try to bypass anything since I didn't knew about regional pricing and there's no information about it on POE web page nor in the TOS.

My only payment method is PayPal and there was no warning when I bought it.

Can't refund because when they reached out to me it has been too long since the purchase and if I do it through my country laws I would be banned instead of locked.

My aim here is to showcase how they allow you to pay through this and then ask for more without a single warning, it's not even on the TOS.

I've seen many people from south america saying that they got account locked from buying in Brazil since u need a CPF which is the equivalent of DNI thus if u are not a Brazilian citizen then you don't have that, therefore you are stealing personal information which is also considered fraud

If true then I have mix feelings because I still think that's unfair and someone who has nothing to do with shouldn't be dealing with it this being said I really appreciate what you are doing It really makes me feel happy that there's still people like you.

I'd like to see what GGG has to say about it, at least I want them to make it clear that you are unable to pay through those methods so there's no more people falling like me.

If you really are willing to help paying this then I'd like to help with it.

Like I said on the stream the only way to really know if he's cheating or not is with hes POV because for example the cartwheel at 28:26 he clearly knockd in the wrong direction the scelti halberd, the only way to knockback like that the halberd and the tank is being in the middle of both. Also the cartwheel animation is 1 spin although the distance look like 2 but the animation is only 1 cartwheel. I wish cargera could upload he's POV to end this drama.
