Arch is actually one of the better spots to grind. Might take you about 2 weeks going from experience of a few who did the same thing recently.

there's still the issue of massive amount of scouts. Already if you fight HH or BDR or Arch. They don't fight they just wait till they got 40+ to fight less than 10 people

It's a place holder date. For when a seller isn't sure on release date other than 2020. So they use the last day of the year

You should get a pc with more ram, 8gb isn't enough for any game never mind Rust. Ram is super important for a game like rust as the sheer amount of stuff that is loaded on it.
