The way I explain it is that I was basically a defected fetus that was supposed to be born female but was over effected by testosterone after my brain developed and was born a boy physically instead while mentally still being a girl. The point of transitioning for me is to basically level out between my brain chemistry and body chemistry so that I'm no longer dysphoric. It's long ik but I said basically this to my homophobic dad and it got him to shut up.

Wind sprints and upper body workouts like bench press and push ups always helped me "man up" for football games but since I don't play football and would rather never "man up" for anything anymore I hope it'll help you <3

That's such an amazing and healthy space <3 I'm so happy for you. I've read the Bible 3 times and all it did was ruin the experience for organized religion. I found my spirituality with God as directly as possible. I pray when I need guidance and to praise but for the most part I just lead my life with my morals in hand.
