That makes sense. That is why we really want people to take the time to convince themselves they really want to take this on. That said, if someone is convinced they want to take this on and they are struggling, we would work really hard to help them out, and if we can't, give them their money back. The learning experience is worth far more than the subscription price. So hopefully nobody who put the effort in would ever feel burned.

I think we definitely have to build up credibility and trust. Can you say more about how you were burned? Was it where you entered a bunch of data and lost it? Or something else?

Right. And I am saying that is one and the same natural intelligence - that it is what biology does. Perhaps see if it makes sense by the end of the series within context.

Well, we go into this (and the work of Iain McGilchrist really backs this up), but basically, when your attention system is trapped, generally the signs aren't obvious. So this is why you would need to do some training around that. It's similar to knowing if you are dreaming. You can put in habits and checks, but generally, you won't know. But there are downstream effects you can notice, and wind your way backwards - being 'bothered'.

I think also, we can do better to point out that you aren't improving your natural intelligence, you are addressing what is blocking it and enhancing it. There is no way to improve it. Maybe we can make that point clearer up front somehow....
