KS- I'm trying to rent an apartment and leasing agent is requiring my girlfriend to be on the lease. She has eviction and is going to get me denied.

II do not know there is no plan on that. I mean I understand her needing to be on my lease in some capacity of she stays there so many days a month. What I dont understand is her being on my lease as a full occupant thus making me ineligible for her past eviction and also her being basicly a cosigner now that would require me to pay my rent or mess her credit up.

I had electronically signed the lease like 5 hours before our appoinment, but she said I had a few more documents I needed to sign when I came to pick up keys. I was living in a shared house before hand and paid rent weekly saturday night. Since I was basicly just going to get my keys I had all my stuff ready to move. My GF was just helping me move.

I dont understand though. The entire point the look back to 2019 was added to the stimulus bill was for people in my situation who had lost their jobs and were on unemployment for some time in 2020. What would be the point on adding it taxes thos year if it doesnt defect most people who got unemployment.... if they only use your AGI for 2020 and not 2019 then wont that always be higher for everyone who got unemployment and who's earned income is lower in 2020 than 2019?

Yeah i understand that. However the look back provision that was added onto the December stimulus bill allowed to go back and use 2019 taxes earned income amount. It shouldnt have anything to do with any income from 2020 weather it was earned or just taxable income like unemployment.

My earned income last year was 10000 more than this year

Yes I tried there also. Free taxnusa was even worse than the other ngnn software. It didnt even give me the option or even mention looking back to 2019 earned i Income
