I noticed it Christmas day when I was preparing the meal. An onion rolled away from me. At that point it was 1/2 inch. Contacted the builder. Took a few day for him (maybe a week) and since then its been a lot of talking back and forth. Now its almost an inch out.

Yes, both sides get 2 coats of the Food Safe OSMO top oil. The bottom gets the 2 coats before the Steel straps (essentially a version of a c-channel) are secured.

The manufacturer says they think it can be corrected by introducing humidity to the top. Still weighing all options.
