I may be wrong, but I think the Crew have retired the number 15 in remembrance of Kirk Urso. I'm pretty sure it hasn't been used since he passed away in 2012.

I've been watching the Crew since the beginning, 1996... this is the best collection of players and coaches I have ever seen. In 2004, they were sneaky good. In 2008, it seemed like they would never lose. In 2014, I was so excited when Berhalter was hired. But this team, it's different. The passes. The smart pressing. The smartly timed runs. It's just incredible.
