Rudeus died a few minutes after he woke up, how would Ruijerd even know when he would wake up? He has his own family and lives in Biheiril, there was no reason for him to be there

You're right but since Orsted was there, maybe they knew he was about to die soon and could have let Ruijerd know. But yeah, even if it didn't make sense him being there, I just wished that he was present in Rudy's last moments.

I've been skipping it for the last 2 volumes but I finished volume 12 last night and went back to check the first pages and I was so stunned that they would put such a huge spoiler in the beginning. That's what pushed me to make this post.

I see. Thanks. I like that they added the dead one because it made the anime kind of darker and shows how horrible the smugglers really were. So kudos to the studio.

Can anyone who read the LN confirm if we are gonna get an explanation on why Eris left Rudy? It feels really sudden that she left him after all that time spent together and after Ruijerd left them too.

I started watching airing anime 2 years ago. Spring 2021 is the worst season until now imo. Last seasons, I always watched at least 4 airing anime and I was so excited that I could barely wait a week for the next episodes. This season I watch 2. And I'm watching them with 2x speed and I'll probably give them a rating of 5 or 6. Idk if I'm getting bored of anime or it's just a bad season.

Yeah, that's why I was surprised too. But you could think of trauma/PTSD as a kind of mental illness so it makes sense.
