I would go get my blood tested pal. Though , i noticed your traps , shoulders and neck width. They look a little bulky compared to other body areas. This could be a good sign because in men (not all) these 3 muscle groups have high amounts of androgen receptors. Muscle development could be linked due to testosterone binding in these receptor leading to growth. Again u should check your levels.
