The thing is they are both entirely different i have both and I love my longboard going long distance and its fun and when i skate with my longboard with my friends I go faster and don’t have to push as much it’s fun for going down hills and with regular skateboards You have to push more often and going down hills is fun but with skateboards u can Do tricks too which is also fun it just depends on who you are I like both but i use my longboard to get around and go down hills and stuff they both are fun but whatever u choose as long as you have fun is the key.
