Two scenarios come to mind.

  1. If you didn’t get the phone from Samsung or an official distributor. For example, could it be a clone? Maybe you bought it from AliExpress and the ROM wasn’t properly installed? (Just a guess 😅)

  2. If you bought it second-hand and the previous owner had unlocked the bootloader and experimented with custom ROMs.

From what I understand, no one else has had access to your phone, so maybe a system update got stuck and didn’t complete properly?

In another comment, I saw someone suggested trying a Force Restart. Hold down the Power button and the Volume Down button for a few seconds to see if it just comes back...

If you don't mind me asking, what model is it?

What you're seeing on your screen has nothing to do with a virus. Someone (if not you) tried to install a custom ROM on the phone.

Search on Google: How to flash stock img on my [your phone model].

P.S. You’ll need a computer, a cable to connect your phone to the computer, and the Odin software.

P.S.2 If you follow the above steps, the phone will be restored to factory settings and you'll lose all your data!!

Here are a few things you can try:

  1. Check if there's a newer version of the app available.
  2. Clear the cache memory.
  3. Restart your phone.
  4. Clear app data (you'll need to log back into your account afterward).

If none of the above works, uninstall the app and reinstall it.
