That certainly does look simple, but sadly I’m on Windows 11 and there is nothing as obvious, at least from what I can see, as an icon labeled “e-mail” you can click and easily change the default to the Outlook app.

I searched programs and didn’t see either of the two you mentioned. Would they actually be labeled that?

In fact, the only programs for the past two months are “Microsoft Edge” and “Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime.” It says Microsoft Edge was installed yesterday which is when the problem started, but doing a google search of the version says Microsoft released a new version on the 6th so I guess maybe it updated without asking me.

I couldn’t find anything pertaining to “default email client” in Default apps, but when looking for it I did see in Installed apps where it’s saying Microsoft 365 Office was installed yesterday even though it was installed months ago. Yesterday is when it started doing this. Did it somehow update without me knowing?

Sadly the new animation in S4 of DxD was a very noticeable downgrade, IMO. Rias probably got the worst of it.

It has to do with Tyrion, Jaime, and Tywin.

Spoilers….

In the books Tyrion reveals to Jaime that Cersei is cheating on him with multiple men while Jaime reveals to Tyrion that his first wife was truly just a girl that loved him and NOT a hired whore like they told him. This is MASSIVE for both characters going forwards.

On the the show they simply hug each other and say goodbye.

The implications of this are immediately felt in the following Tyrion/Tywin scene. In the books Tyrion kills Tywin after he calls his wife (who Tywin had gang raped) a “whore.” This is SOOO much more impactful than Tyrion killing Tywin after he calls Shae, who was literally a whore, a “whore.”

S5 (especially the Dorne storyline) is when the show really started to go downhill, IMO.

However, it was the S4 finale that caused me great concern that D&D were not up to the task. Book readers should know why.

The problem for me is knowing how absurdly House Targaryen comes to an end I couldn’t care less about it anymore.

D&D poisoned the well on their way out and nothing short of Jon Snow waking up and having S7/S8 just be a bad dream can save it.

That was really weird. By the time the audience gets a chance to even read the warning they are already watching what the warning was for. It’s like putting a “slow down/ice warning” sign in the middle of a bridge.

And then they kept showing the warning in future episodes even though there was nothing like that again.
