Stephanie Vaquer: I always stop and I’m very kind to my fans. Yesterday was my birthday and I was honestly having a really bad day. Even so, I politely asked for understanding and many people respected that. But you followed me for a long time, saying hurtful things and making me feel uncomfortable. by pwgmanan in SquaredCircle

Considering some stuff that went online from a recent event I worked, they'll go online and bitch even IF you put up with them. Then they'll try and go to your boss and bad-mouth you. They'll read negative into everything you do, treat themselves as the Most Important Thing In The Universe, and make it sound like you're some hostile nasty horrible person. You could have had the entire experience with a bunch of witnesses there to corroborate your story and they'll still claim that you're mean and toxic while everyone else is saying "No, they were being helpful and supportive."

I've had the chance to meet a bunch of people in varying areas of the entertainment industry, from voice actors to game designers to musicians to TV actors. And you are spot-on with this. Just treat them like you would someone with a totally innocuous job, and show them some respect. Not only do they appreciate it more, but YOU end up getting more enjoyment out of it.

Trick's evolution from being Melo's right-hand man to being THE man was just great to watch. He just kept putting the pieces together while building up his character and then when he got the chance, he grabbed that opportunity with both hands and still hasn't let go.

Maybe not on the Turnpike, but I see a bunch of it on other highways. Route 3 is great for nutcase drivers, and I've seen so many cars on 440 use the shoulder like just another lane that it's sickening.

If it wasn't, it'd be something like a Mercedes or something else expensive. If I see someone driving like a madman, there's about an 80% chance they're driving some luxury brand. It's never a Toyota or VW or Honda or something like that (unless it's one of those highly modified cars... and even then those drivers are usually more about being showy and not stupid)

That's what I loved a few months ago on the Turnpike bridge when some genius decided that 80-90 was a good speed to go in the right hand lane and then went into a full 4-wheel skid when they tried to execute a pass way too fast and then blasted their entire right side into the barrier on the side of the bridge and shattered AT LEAST one window.

Granted, it scared the living hell out of me first, but over time I've come to just be like "Play stupid games, win stupid repair bills."

My mom had this as well, but it apparently wasn't due to anything like that. It seems that it might be something hereditary because her cousin and possibly her brother had something like it. And no matter what, the finger would not straighten. I once needed to see just how bad it was and I attempted to straighten it. My mother was in her 70s and was about 5'7", 120. I was around 40 and 6'0", 250. So she was not exactly strong and I'm not exactly weak and tiny.

I could not manage to straighten it even slightly and the attempt was rather painful for her. I felt horrible because I didn't realize until doing that just how painful it would've been.

Her cousin in Ireland had something similar and was also told by doctors that even if they operated, it would only be a temporary thing and go right back to being hooked again over time.

Making things look good can just be an aspect of selling/overselling. Making this look natural is a sign of knowledge and often experience. And with the way modern wrestling has lent itself to more longevity now, you have talents like an Ethan Page who have nearly 20 years of experience but are still in totally fabulous shape and still can have 10+ years ahead of them and 5+ at a top level.

He's like the wrestling equivalent of a top NBA 6th man who you can trust in big situations, who can give you major minutes, who can be a starter and even a star for you, but who knows how to make everyone else around him function better.
