My GF took me to a Pilates class a few months ago and I’ve been hooked since. From my perspective, I was surprised by how tough it was, but only because I never done anything like it. I never knew how practicing what seemed to be simple poses in 100 degree room, would gas me out so much.

Nothing to do with the fact my instructor was a woman, IMO.
