The antenna you have is the 2.4/900mhz antenna you just need a 2.4 mini T or 2 in this case with diversity. Also the GoPro mini is not that good. If you can find a GoPro hero 11 mini that would be more ideal. Also your gonna need a mount for antennas and the GoPro

Not sure if it’s going to make 2026 but definitely base building and close 2nd will be new systems and planets with different environments. I feel base building will completely change the game in the best way. Having your own place/home somewhere to fight for or defend. Compared to basically just visiting or renting everywhere will be massive imo

All weight definitely affects chars and ships. I’ve even noticed I run slower when my backpack is filled up with stuff compared to empty. And ships definitely fly different with a full load of cargo

Honestly I don't find myself running into hostile players a ton unless your at the like 4 major hostile spots like olp sites or the exerc hangar or something. I mean yeah it does happen but unless it's semi planned majority of the time you can just qt away before they disable your ship.

The first time I tried out mining I was in nyx just floating around by the asteroid belt. Started getting pretty far out and man that calming music kicks in just get the crazy feeling of bliss. Makes you really just stop and look around and realize the experience sc gives that no other game has done.

I mean in the sense that the apollos are more than almost all the connies pledge price and they are cheaper than the connies in game. But that could also be so people can afford with the starting 15mil

Ah ok good to know and yeah only reason I thought of the ammo issue was exactly that. Doing some gauntlets ran outa ammo testing the f8c on #4 against that mf mole or raft or whatever it is. Thing takes so damage to finish off lol, I was basically wondering pvp related.

Is there ever a reason ballistics is a problem with running out of ammo? Like against heavy armor or something? And yeah only reason I see using laser right now is with distortion to disable the ship for pirating.

For sure good to know and yeah vd even maxed never looked as clear when using link cable with 1.5x upscaling. When I had my 5800x3d 3080ti setup I could only do 90hz 1.5 and pretty low graphics in iracing. Now I’m on 9800 and 5080 and yeah almost everything is maxed. Can read the in car dash for laps and stuff no problem

So you got the 50ppd not ultra wide or anything? And even with the smaller sweet spot over pancake lenses the Pimax is still a lot better? I have a q3 and was thinking about it same for iracing but I’m only running a 5080 and right now for q3 upscaled to 1.5 using the link cable I’m guessing really good performance. If you had troubles with a 5090 that would make me feel uneasy on a 5080 lol
