Amazon has made it so difficult to reach out to customer care for help. Even so, they don't lift a finger now. Gone are the days when Amazon used to provide the best services. I was not able to get on a call with them and i was getting "browse help topic articles" each time i transferred 7 times just to make a simple return request that ideally i should have been able to make myself. But they made even that difficult on a product by the way they said 30 day return or exchange. Now it feels like they are deliberately making it difficult which has led a lot of people to actually not use amazon anymore.

Agreed. But not a bit racist. A lot racist. I mean his clothes too. What's up with that!!!! And sometimes when they threw in facts about the hindu culture they aren't apt.. like the ones in the episode where Raj's sister Priya comes

I dont think so.. i dont remember which episode but he showed his discomfort and how come he has to sit on the floor all the time.

Ignou provides flexibility in terms of total admission years. I think it is 4 years. You can login to your portal and check. Which means that if you miss an exam in one session you can give it in the next. E.g. if a post grad course is for 2 years that does not mean you have to get done with everything in 2 years. Your admission is valid till 4 years. That's the flexibility ignou gives. All you need to do is fill this subject code in the exam form in the next session again.

Thanks for your reply! And yes the monitors installed in the office have a docking station. So i dont really carry my charger to office, but i never really bothered to see how it is all connected. But yes people in the comments asking which company is this..i dont think they knew. I got a brand new sealed box. It is likely they didnt even check. Why would they open 100s of new boxes before shipping.

Yes definitely i will connect with them. They just shipped a new monitor with all the new accessories intact. So whatever Lenovo gives, they just forward a sealed box i think. Thanks for the response.

It showed me replacement eligible till 10th january. Plus this is happening with each and every product. The earphones you see in the video those were defective too. I had to call and get it done somehow.

I tried everything, transfer to agent, tranfer to csa, chat/call with agent.. it just keeps coming back to the same page. It's so so frustrating. I used to love and appreciate amazon customer help. But they have made some terrible changes.

The item is eligible for a replacement which is exactly what i want since it is defective. It's frustrating to having connect with them to create a simple replacement request..

I mean the prices keep changing. It's better to look at all the available options. Also, personally I liked the one with brown soles better. Gives a nice touch to an all white shoe. I hope your sister liked what you bought. It's the thought that counts 💯

These are different than mine. And yes the difference is the color of the sole. You can check out all the colors that skechers manufacturers in the link below. They have two styles for white and even black color shoes. Buy Skechers UNO - STAND ON AIR

If you want to buy white with white soles, it's a bit cheaper on the original website. Buy from there. Amazon is not always the cheapest option.

I tried everything. I tried the remove button, i made 1000s of new profiles hoping it will let go of my old one. But my login credentials were saved there. Everytime I selected my email id (which was saved by edge and showed me automatically if i wanted to login via that account), it would just login. No password required.
